Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sunsin Yazılım A.Ş. ("Sunsin", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of PieceSwap (the "Game") and any related features we provide.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Game.

The Game is developed and published by Sunsin Yazılım A.Ş., an independent games studio incorporated in the Republic of Türkiye (Trade Registry No. 1140644). Sunsin is the owner and operator of the Game.

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). By using the Game, you confirm that you are old enough to do so under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are a minor, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Where in-app purchases are available, a parent or guardian is responsible for any purchases made on their account or device.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and play the Game on a device you own or control, solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

This licence transfers no ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sunsin.

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Game, except where the law expressly permits it;
• extract, copy, redistribute, or resell the photographs, artwork, or other assets in the Game;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Game, its systems, or the devices of other players;
• obtain in-app items by any means other than the Game’s own store, or attempt to sell, trade, or transfer them outside the Game.

We may limit or end your access to the Game if you break these rules.

The Game is free to download and play, and it does not require you to create an account or give us your email address. You can play and finish the Game without spending any money.

The Game also offers optional in-app purchases — items or features you can buy for real money. All purchases are processed by the platform you downloaded the Game from (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) under that platform’s terms; we do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Anything you buy is a limited, personal, revocable licence to use that item inside the Game. Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to anyone else, and may be changed, suspended, or removed if we update or discontinue the Game. Prices and the items on offer may change at any time.

Unless the law or the platform requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the app store that took the payment, under its own policy. If you live in a jurisdiction that grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, that right is unaffected by this section.

Your progress and anything you have bought are stored on your device. Because there are no accounts, they do not transfer between devices, and deleting the Game may remove them permanently.

The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising. Ads are delivered by third-party advertising networks — currently Google AdMob — and the products, services, and content promoted in them belong to those advertisers, not to Sunsin.

Some ads may be optional and offer a reward inside the Game in exchange for watching them. Whether you watch is always your choice, and declining does not stop you from playing.

Any dealings you have with advertisers, including clicking an ad or buying something through one, are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for advertiser content or for the offers they make.

We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect your email address. The Game does not access your photo library, camera, or contacts.

On Apple devices, the Game asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. This request is used only for advertising, attribution, and measurement — for example, to help show more relevant ads and to understand how ads perform. You are free to decline, and the Game will keep working.

To run and improve the Game and to serve ads, third-party services (currently Google AdMob for advertising, Amplitude for analytics, and AppsFlyer for install attribution) process limited technical information, such as your advertising identifier, IP address, or general usage data. These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and the choices you have.

The Game — including its name, photographs, artwork, audio, code, and design — is owned by Sunsin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. "PieceSwap", "Sunsin", and related logos are marks of Sunsin.

The images in the Game are licensed or created for use inside it, and artificial-intelligence tools may be used in creating some of them. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to extract, reuse, or redistribute them, or to use our names, logos, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

You download the Game through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to their terms. Those platforms are not responsible for the Game or its content.

Where you obtain the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for it, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time — including to fix issues, improve it, add or remove content, or comply with the law. Updates may be delivered automatically through your app store.

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, or that it will be free of interruptions or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the Game will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunsin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, progress, purchases, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or end your access to the Game if you breach these Terms or use the Game in a way that harms other players, Sunsin, or third parties. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

If we end your access because you broke these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any purchase, except where the law requires one.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add new features or change the partners we work with. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page, and material changes take effect once the updated Terms are made available in or alongside the Game.

By continuing to use the Game after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

The Game is distributed internationally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.

If you use the Game as a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rights — including any competent consumer authority or court — granted by the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms overrides those rights.
