Common questions

The game crashed or something looks broken

Sorry about that. Email us with your device model and operating-system version (for example, “iPhone 14, iOS 18”) and a quick note on what happened. Details like these help us reproduce the problem and fix it fast.

I got a new phone — how do I move my progress?

Dr. Hole – World Tour has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress is stored on your device, which keeps things private and lets you play without ever handing over an email address — but it also means progress does not transfer between devices. If something went wrong on the same device, get in touch and we will help.

The game asked for permission to track me

On Apple devices you may see an App Tracking Transparency prompt. We use it only for advertising and measurement. You are free to decline, and the game keeps working exactly the same. You can change your choice any time in your device’s privacy settings.

Is the game free? Are there in-app purchases?

The game is free to download and play, and it shows advertising. It also offers optional in-app purchases — but you can play and enjoy it without spending anything. Purchases are handled by your app store, so if you have a billing question, your app-store account is the place to start.

I have a question about my data or privacy

We are built around collecting as little as possible — no accounts, no email collection. The full details are in our Privacy Policy, and you can always email us with a specific request.

I have feedback or an idea for the game

We would genuinely like to hear it. Send it over — feature requests and ideas from players shape what we build next.
